Ingredients:-
- Flour = 200 gms
- Cocoa Powder = 40 gms
- Eggs = 10 eggs
- Vanilla essence = 1 table-spoon
- Grain sugar = 240 gms
- Chocolate cut into square blocks = 300 gms
Beat egg , sugar and vanilla essence
Sift flour , cocoa powder and slowly mix with the wet ingredients
Grease tray and pour in half the batter then sprinkle 3/4 of the chunks of chocolate
Leave to bake
When the top crust hardens , sprinkle remaining chunks of chocolate.
Final step :- Serve plain or with whipped cream and then Dig in !
