This is the perfect Sunday morning breakfast 🙂

Chocolate pancakes:-

  • 1¼ Cup flour
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 2½ Teaspoons of baking powder
  • ½ Teaspoon salt
  • 1¼ Cup milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tablespoons of cocoa
  • 3 Tablespoons of melted butter

Method :-

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cocoa powder (dry ingredients ) And beat egg, milk until smooth and fluffy. Add to dry ingredients.Butter a pan or griddle or use non-stick cooking spray and heat on medium-high.Spoon by quarter cupfuls into your pan or griddle.Cook until brown on both sides

Outcome :-

Served with whipped cream/maple syrup and either cherries/strawberries.

Peanut butter pancakes:-

  • 1¼ Cup flour
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 2½ Teaspoons of baking powder
  • ½ Teaspoon salt
  • 1¼ Cup milk
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ Cup of melted peanut butter
  • 3 Tablespoons of melted butter

Method :-

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt (dry ingredients ) And beat egg, milk and peanut butter until smooth and fluffy. Add to dry ingredients.Butter a pan or griddle or use non-stick cooking spray and heat on medium-high.Spoon by quarter cupfuls into your pan or griddle.Cook until brown on both sides

Outcome :-

Served with banana/raisins and maple syrup/Whipped  cream
